The Sidings is a historic building set in the Old Locomotive Works. We have 20 modern single bedrooms, ideal for a solo traveller or contractor. Groups are also welcome as The Sidings is available for exclusive use*. We are ideally situated in the heart of Inverurie with many local facilities on our doorstep, including restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Single Bedrooms
Each of our modern single bedrooms have a top quality Hypnos mattress with luxury bedding. There is a fitted desk area with flat screen TV and adjoining wardrobe hanging space. The en-suite offers power shower, heated towel rail, fluffy towels and free toiletries. We also have an accessible bedroom with spacious en-suite.
Lounge
Our welcoming lounge with large modern sofas and comfy chairs it's the prefect place to sit back and relax after a busy day, featuring a large flat screen TV with freeview channels.
Self Catering Kitchen/Café - Seating for 20 guests
Guests are welcome to use our kitchen facilities, fully equipped with all modern appliances - including microwaves, oven, hob, commercial toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. So if you fancy a quick snack, tea, coffee or a hot chocolate before bed ... go ahead, make yourself at home!

We have plenty of private on-site parking, The Works Cafe is adjacent (open 6 days 10am to 4pm) and 2 major supermarkets are next door.
Inverurie train station is 6 minutes walk , bus stop is less than 1 minute walk (no 37 direct link to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary & Aberdeen city centre) and Aberdeen Airport is 20 minutes by car.
